Description du contenu de l'enseignement
This intentionally interactive course will provide you with a critical introduction to the role of law in promoting ecological sustainability. We will study international and translational legal frameworks, critique the concept of the sustainability, and consider pressing sustainability challenges like green washing, due diligence, climate change and the just transition.
